| EKC was one of the biggest exhibitors in the exhibition "WORLD OF LIQUEFIED AND COMPRESSED GASES - 2006" held in Kieve from 24th - 26th May. Ukraine is one of the biggest CIS countries using CNG as an alternative fuel for automobiles last many years. The gas supply primarily comes from Russia. Many private gas companies are planning to have network of CNG new CNG refueling stations to cater to the increasing demand of CNG for automobiles. Ukraine ranks amongst world's top 10 countries with the population of over 70000 natural gas vehicles, most of which are utility vehicles and over 150 operative CNG refueling stations across the country. We had excellent response from the CNG conversion companies and all the CNG operators due to the our state of the art technology & light weight cylinders as compared to the one being used by them at present. We have generated many inquiries and are highly optimistic about Ukraine market. |
